Stillwater, MN - The Greater Stillwater Chamber Foundation (Chamber Foundation) is pleased to name Robert (Rob) Bach as the Lumberjack Days Parade 2023 Grand Marshal.
Rob is the principal at Stillwater Area High School (SAHS). Rob will be starting his 32nd year in education and his 10th year as the principal at SAHS after serving as a science teacher, coach, and assistant principal. During his time as principal, SAHS has added 9th grade students, been recognized as an anchor school in the Gates Foundation's nationally recognized Network for School Improvement, and successfully launched a comprehensive Pathways program helping students make connections between their coursework and areas outside the classroom. He is tremendously proud to lead a school that celebrates academic excellence and is a source of pride in the greater community. GO PONIES!

The Chamber Foundation will be hosting the Lumberjack Days Parade in 2023 on Sunday, July 16, in partnership with the Locals who host Lumberjack Days, July 14-16.
The LumberJack Days Parade will have a NEW parade start time of 11:00 a.m. The reason for the earlier start time is to have the parade units step off at a cooler part of the day and to end earlier in the afternoon, for the community to enjoy more time at the Lumberjack Days festivities in Lowell Park, which typically end at 6 p.m.
