HOME TO SWEET HOME Awarded Highest Distinction in Senior Move Management
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Stillwater, MN — 1/4/19 — The National Association of Senior Move Managers (NASMM) announced HOME TO SWEET HOME has been awarded the NASMM A+ Accreditation for a period of three years for its excellence in Senior Move Management operations and client services.
“This accreditation decision represents the highest level of professional achievement that can be awarded to a Senior Move Management company, and demonstrates the organization’s substantial conformance to NASMM standards,” said Mary Kay Buysse, NASMM’s Executive Director. “An organization receiving a three-year NASMM A+ Accreditation has put itself through a rigorous peer review process. A NASMM A+ Accredited Senior Move Management company has demonstrated to a team of reviewers its commitment to offering programs and services that are measurable, accountable, and of the highest quality.”
Co-owners Rita Bruechert and Lisa Bevens began HOME TO SWEET HOME in January 2014. Home to Sweet Home exists to bring joy, compassion and efficiency to seniors in transition. The staff of 18 are carefully selected individuals that embody the vision that Lisa & Rita had to impact lives of seniors and their families. All are trained for the hands-on functions of the work, such as sorting, packing & unpacking, but are expected to pay particular attention to practices that honor and dignify the clients and the family members throughout the moving process. "It's all about going the extra-professional mile to ease their stress. We handle all the details of downsizing and moving, so families can preserve their time for what matters most", says Lisa.
The NASMM A+ Accreditation Commission is the independent, nonprofit accrediting body of the National Association of Senior Move Managers. It's mission is to promote the quality, value, and optimal outcomes of Senior Move Management services through a consultative accreditation process focusing on enhancing the lives of the persons served. Founded in 2002, NASMM is the leading membership organization for Senior Move Managers in the United States, Canada and abroad. NASMM is internationally-recognized for its innovative programs and expertise related to Senior Move Management, transition and relocation issues affecting older adults.
