Joe Van Thomme – Municipal Law – Criminal Prosecution
Joe is a lead attorney in our criminal prosecution group. With more than 10 years of experience, serving municipalities throughout Minnesota, Joe skillfully guides local governmental clients through all facets of misdemeanor prosecution for the cities we serve. He is board member for StandPoint – an organization that stands to promote justice for victims of domestic and sexual violence. He is also a member of the DWI Task Force and a presenter at the annual statewide Toward Zero Death (TZD) law enforcement conference.
Lida Bannink – Labor & Employment and Civil Litigation
Lida is the lead attorney in our Labor & Employment as well as a litigator in our business and individual law groups. She places a special emphasis on counseling employers, both businesses and municipalities, on how to manage the complex web of laws and regulations to support their entities' human resource needs. She is actively involved in bettering the community both professionally, such as her involvement in the St. Croix Valley Employers' Association, and personally through various volunteer events and charitable giving opportunities.
