About Us

For forty years strong, the Mad Capper has been serving the community of Stillwater and the surrounding St Croix Valley. The Jespersen Family purchased the Mad Capper in August of 2021 and after a little refresh opened the doors back up in September 2021. They plan to carry on that strong tradition and honor the legacy of the Capper with a new twist. Come on in for delicious sandwiches, fresh made pasta, and scratch made dinner options. Visit us during Happy Hour to experience some of the old ''Capper Classics'' daily from 2-5pm.
