The Generations at Work:
5 Tips to improve Communication with your team

presented by Jen Bertsch, Moxy Coaching

Leaders who understand how to communicate across the generations will have an advantage and become industry leaders. Be intentional with the culture you create.

Last year, the millennial generation became the largest population in the workplace. Before that the Baby Boomers dominated the work place in numbers and influenced the culture. This change will continue to impact how we work and how we get the ideal performance from our team.

If this is resonating, this presentation is for you.

Lack of effective communication is a barrier to thriving, productive teams.Understanding and acknowledging generational differences is the first step. Yet there is more to it if we want to kick butt as a team.

During this fun and interactive presentation we will review 5 tips that will improve communication.

Participants can expect to:

•    Learn how awareness of differences help us find common ground.

•    See how using curiosity opens up lines of communication.

•    Consider their responsibility in healthy communication at work.

•    Learn and practice questions that foster innovation vs. stop it.

•    Understand why we need to zip it and listen more often than not.

•    Have fun practicing what we learn.
