Being selfish isn't always a bad thing.\n\nAs women\, we are expected to make sacrifices for others and we do\, day in and day out\, often at the expense of our well-being. But being a little selfish can help us reach all our goals\, from being a loving mom to an assertive CEO.\n\nWe will take a look at the joyful possibilities of putting ourselves first and how by doing so\, we can more abundantly give of ourselves to those we love.\n\n\n Understand the impact of negative conditioning\n Why women can do more than they think they can \n How to confidently move forward following setbacks and mistakes\n A strategy for accepting your freedom to choose priorities\n\n\n\nYes\, we can do more with less guilt!\n\nJoin us to learn how.\n\n\n\nRegister today and take some time to focus on Y O U!\n\n**Let's keep it going!**\n\nAfter this session you will likely be clearer and more excited about what you CAN do.
