SUMMARY:VIRTUAL WBB meeting to Connect\, Learn & Grow! Aligning your Personal Vision to your Business
DESCRIPTION:This month we are going to meet Virtually for our monthly meeting!\n\nMEETING AGENDA:\n\n8:00 a | Greetings & Welcome\n\n8:05 a | Announcements from WBB Leadership Board\n\n8:10 a | Member Spotlight: Marsha Anderson\, ShaSha Interiors\n\n8:15 a | Individual Introductions\n\n8:30-9:30 a | Presentation by Elizabeth Bauer\, Aligning your Personal Vision to your Business\n\nINCLUDES Breakout Break: small group discussion!\n\n9:30 a | Wrap Up Conversation\n\n\n\nAt the April 9th WBB monthly meeting\, we welcome Elizabeth Bauer to speak about\n\nAligning your Personal Vision to your Business\n\n\n\nTraditional corporate models are not bold enough to achieve the abundance that creative entrepreneurs can manifest.\n\nThis is my mantra: I will ask you consider if you can run a business that breaks all the textbook rules but still achieves profitability\, values social welfare\, and defines success on multiple levels?\n\nCan you build a culture that truly reflects your personal vision?\n\n\n\nHave you ever wanted to offer to offer employee sabbaticals\, 1 year paid maternity\, a 100% remote office?\n\nFeel like you can't? Or that you shouldn't? Will anyone take me seriously anymore?\n\n\n\nWe will explore why you absolutely should do amazing things in your business and how it can actually improve profitability. And yes your vision is still relevant in a pandemic. \n\n Register today and join us! Invite a friend! \n\nWBB members attend FREE\n\nNon-WBB members\, $10 meeting fee\n\nFirst time Guest attends FREE\n\nMeet Elizabeth Bauer\n\nI began my career in finance in 2005 as a CPA with international consulting firm\, Deloitte & Touche. I chose this path as a 20 year old college student quickly racking up debt and I only wanted job security. I shut out my creative side and forged ahead.\n\nI quickly discovered that I craved a more intimate connection with people and that I was not able to follow the archaic rules of business that have been handed down as cannon for hundreds of years. These archetypes did not allow for creativity\, kindness\, and joy amongst the cubicles.\n\nThen once I had children\, I truly realized\n\nhow stifling the corporate model was for families. I was just playing the game everyday. And I wondered why no one was challenging the status quo.\n\nI pivoted into small business management and starting to see new perspectives. All too often however\, the fun and cutting edge businesses I found so energizing were struggling financially. I wanted to bridge to two worlds that seemed to be at odds.\n\nOver the past decade I have created tools and processes to build businesses that operate in this new paradigm. We value transparency\, authenticity\, vulnerability\, real people\, creativity\, and learning from failure. But we also accept nothing less than full accountability\, a clear vision\, and financial results.\n\nContact by phone 901.212.3296 www.bauerhousecoaching.com elizabeth@bauerhousecoaching.com\n\n\nSee your favorite WBB friends and business partners! \n\nGrab a cup of coffee and Join Us - it WILL fill up your cup with positive energy! \n\n"See you" on Friday\, April 9th!\n\n\n\nAbout Women's Business Bridge (WBB):\n\nWomen's Business Bridge is a networking group for women in business\, providing professional development and education for women of the St. Croix Valley and surrounding areas. WBB is a program of the Greater Stillwater Chamber of Commerce and was created to give female business professionals an avenue to focus on their business\, network with other women in business and to receive personal & professional development.\n\n\n\n\n\nWomen's Business Bridge (WBB) offers an environment where\n\nwomen in business can connect with and learn from others who have similar business objectives in an informal networking atmosphere\, to ultimately grow their business.
