DESCRIPTION:Pairing Food and Wine: On TourJim Kyndberg  We've taken wine pairing to a whole new level with our traveling wine workshop. Join us as we explore Minnesota's cold climate wines and discover why they are winning awards from coast to coast\, while reaching the same level of respect that the wines of Washington and Oregon were offered ten years ago and today. Minnesota wineries have beautiful wines to taste and what better place to do so than in their tasting rooms. We will meet at Northern Vineyards for our first tour and tasting then board a luxury bus and hit the road to visit four more vineyards. Your tour guide will be Jim Kyndberg\, known for creating his recipes merely by tasting wines. He will teach you to appreciate the unique offerings of Minnesota vintners\, identify flavors and aromas and help you to create recipes and menus that compliment and enhance these wines. Our tour includes a picnic lunch at mid-day   with wine of course! Also joining us for our excursion will be our local Riedel crystal representative\, Rob Lovisolo who will provide each of us with a Riedel tasting glass. You will have the opportunity to purchase wines at each of the vineyards. A notebook is recommended. This class is sure to sell out so please register early!
