DESCRIPTION:Come to 'Misbehavin' in a 1920s salon. Imagine yourself at a 1920s salon in a New York mansion\, surrounded by art\, music\, revelry and society. Blink your eyes - and it's here in Stillwater: "Misbehavin': An Evening of Jazz and Classics" to be presented on Saturday\, October 23 at Trinity Lutheran Church. The show is conceived and directed by Paul Mabon\, Sr.\, and will feature Norm Steere\, Producer & Host\; Paul Mabon\, Sr.\, Bass-Baritone & Vocals\; James V. Blaha\, Classical Piano\; Benny Weinbeck & his jazz Quintet\; and Cindy Thompson\, Mezzo-Soprano. On view throughout the evening is an eclectic art exhibit of sculpture\, paintings\, photography and quilted fiber art\, with many of the artists present to visit with art enthusiasts. An audio describer will be available to describe the performance and artwork for patrons with vision loss. Tickets are still available! General admission tickets are $15 for adults and $10 for students or patrons using audio description. A limited number of premium seats are available on the stage for $35. Tickets are available in advance at River Market Community Cooperative (may be charged with no added fee) or Valley Bookseller\, both on North Main Street. Tickets can be reserved at 651-439-0993\, and purchased at the door by check or cash.
