DESCRIPTION:Friday March 14th\n\nCharlie's Pub 7:30pm to 11:30pm - Jennifer Licko\n\nRecently awarded the 2014 Folk and Traditional Arts Grant from the Minnesota State Arts Board\, Jennifer Licko is quickly making Minnesota home and sharing her music with new fans in the Midwest. Originally from North Carolina\, Jennifer masterfully combines the Bluegrass and Country music from her American roots with traditional Celtic music of her ancestors. "I find myself relaxing\, enjoying Jennifer's flawless voice and finding the roots that are similar in tradition to American Folk music"\, Says Dennis Halsey from Best Female Musicians\n\n\n\nSaturday\, March 15th\n\nCharlie's Pub\n\n5:00pm to 8:00pm   Jennifer Licko (see above) \n\n8:00pm to Midnight   Paul and Lorraine\n\nPaul and Lorraine have been playing Irish music together for a couple of years now\, starting with the rouge folk band Folk Underground and then splitting off to form their own duo. Something for everyone lots of drinking\, lots of losing your love\, & happy little nights in the Pub. Not to mention some of the best Irish Fiddle Tunes going. They like to take requests & will play almost anything\, if they know about half of it.\n\nBallroom\n\n7:00pm to 11:00pm - Jolly Groggers\n\nAn Irish Folk Band from Northeast Minneapolis\, the Jolly Groggers are a highly energetic group with sensational musical capabilities. They know how to keep the crowd jigging!\n\n\n\n\n\nSunday\, March 16th\n\n1:00pm to 4:00pm - Tom Dahill\n\nTom Dahill and Ginny Johnson are superb entertainers with a fantastic repertoire of old Irish songs and dance tunes that you won't hear from anyone else. They have command of many instruments between them\; Irish button accordion\, concertina\, uilleann pipes\, fiddle\, whistle\, bodhr n\, guitar and they sort of juggle these instruments between them to suit the sounds to fit the venue as they go along through their performances. This is the music that is part of the soul of Ireland.\n\n\n\n5:00pm to 8:00pm   Mischief\n\n\n\nMeet Mischief!  We are a Celtic Folk group that enjoys our music\, each other's company and sharing the fun with others!  We are a ballad band that prefers songs that tell a good story!  Whether it's a love story\, a pub story or a story about the fairy folk\, we'll sing about it.  We also have a weakness for great tunes as well!
