We need to be sure to prioritize wellness in the workplace\, as this may well be a place we spend the most time at. If you're not healthy and happy at work\, then most likely you won't be healthy and happy in the rest of your life. \n\n \n\nThis presentation will detail the 5 best practices for workplace wellness\, as noted by a physical therapist.  \n\n\n\nLearn the TOP "Tried and True" ways to improve and maintain wellness during the day. \n\n\n\n\n\nAbout our Presenters:\n\nMike Ripley\, PT\, BA\, ATR\n\nMike is an excellent therapist who knows every patient?s history and treatment without even looking in the charts. He is experienced in treating a wide range of orthopedic conditions. Mike is also an athletic trainer and is very active and visible in the Stillwater community. He has an amazing ability to multi-task and is a 'glass is always half full' kind of guy.  \n\nMike has been an owner of OSI and treating physical therapist for almost 40 years in the Stillwater location.\n\n\n\n\n\nAshley LaBore\, PT\, DPT\, COMT\n\nAshley is well versed in giving presentations regarding\n\nposture and general wellness.  She also stays active\, enjoying volleyball\, yoga\, running\, biking\, snowboarding\, skiing\, outdoor activities\, playing sports and exploring Stillwater. Ashley received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine and then further training to receive her Certification in Orthopedic Manual Therapy (COMT). She is a Lab Assistant for University of MN Doctorate in PT program and performs regular lectures\n\nfor the physical therapy students.
