Please watch for this presentation by Jen Bertsch to be presented in October for our Learning Table Luncheon series - more details to come! \n\n\n\nThe Struggle is Real: Communicating with other Generations \n\npresented by Jen Bertsch\, Moxy Coaching\n\nHave you ever thought of someone from another generation as impatient? \n\nOr stuck in their ways?\n\nOr entitled? \n\nIf you answered yes\, you are not alone. These are common struggles shared when communicating with someone from a different generation. And becomes a barrier to having thriving\, productive teams.\n\nUnderstanding and acknowledging generational differences is the first step. Yet there is more to it if we want to kick butt as a team.\n\n \n\nParticipants can expect to:\n\n\n	Practice ways to improve communication with co-workers from other generations. \n	Discover what you can do (and not do) to help team communication thrive. \n	Review the differences with those other generations. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nBe a leader who understands the differences of the generations and you will have an advantage. Create a culture that will lead your industry into the future. \n\nThis will be a fun and interactive learning experience. \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n\n\nAbout our Presenter:\n\nJen Bertsch has offered professional coaching and training for nearly 10 years. With her engaging style\, she helps people understand the true nature of their obstacles\, she empowers them to take charge and make the change that will drive the results they seek. Her specialty is working with millennial leaders to create innovative\, high performing and fun teams. Jen's passion for helping people lead well and achieve more has been evident throughout her career.  During her time with the Duluth Area Chamber of Commerce her work on helping young professionals integrate into the business community earned her the Duluth News Tribune's 20 Under 40 Award.
