For each costume dropped off at Collaborations Boutique\, donors will receive a certificate for a free Malt at Leo's Grill and Malt Shop. Dawn's Closet at Valley Outreach Food Shelf will distribute the Costumes to area youth.  Let's make it a Happy Halloween for all the children in our community.
